About

We shut down the business that was paying our bills.

My brother and I run SilicoRealm. For a year we were an AI automation agency, the kind you see all over your feed. In twelve months we delivered 115 automations and systems for our clients: onboarding flows, lead routing, reporting pipelines, content operations. We were good at it. Systems shipped. Clients paid. The screenshots looked great.

Around build number sixty, we noticed a pattern we could not unsee.

An automation would work in the demo. Work in week one. Then go quiet in week six, when a tool changed its API or a field got renamed, and nobody noticed until something important did not happen. Other times the build worked fine and the team never used it. The change was too big, nobody owned it, and within a quarter they were back on the old stack. We had been paid. The client had a system. Six months later, nothing about their business had changed.

By this industry's standard, that is a success. Ship the build, collect the invoice, post the win. The whole no-code automation economy runs on it, and the reels make it look effortless ("comment AI and I'll send you the template"). We lived on that side of it, so we can say it plainly: a one-time workflow was never what our clients needed. They needed to become a different kind of business, one where AI is how the operation runs, not a tool bolted onto the side. No single automation gets you there. Not ours, not anyone's.

So in July 2026 we stopped selling automations. Every system we ever shipped stays supported, because we do not abandon clients. But we will not sell a build and walk away again.

An AI-Native Operating Partner for agencies. We work with a handful at a time and take them from "we use some AI tools" to genuinely AI-native:

  • We map the whole operation and find where AI moves the P&L, not where it demos well.
  • We run the process by hand first, then rebuild what matters in production-grade code, written by senior engineers, tested, monitored, and fixed by us when anything breaks.
  • We do not replace your people. We give the same team more output, and we train them until the new way is the default, because a system nobody uses is a decoration.
  • We stay in the room. Every month we tell you which AI announcements actually affect your business, and update your stack before your competitors have finished reading the news.

Every client gets a dedicated AI engineer who knows their stack. Not a ticket queue.

We are building this model in public, revenue and failures and playbooks and all of it, because we learned the last lesson in public by accident and this one deserves to be on purpose.

If you run an agency and feel that low-grade dread every time OpenAI or Anthropic ships something new, that feeling is what we are in business to delete. Every announcement should make your business stronger, not scarier.

Every AI announcement used to make me feel sick. Now it just makes my business stronger.
