Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services provided by SilicoRealm LLP (referred to as we, us, or our). It applies alongside the terms agreed in any proposal or statement of work.
Discovery calls
Discovery calls are free. You may cancel or reschedule at any time before the call using the link in your booking confirmation.
Paid engagements and the Audit
- Before work begins. If you cancel a paid engagement before work has started, you may request a refund of amounts paid, less any non-recoverable payment-processing fees.
- Deposits and retainers. Because paid engagements reserve our capacity, deposits and retainers become non-refundable once work has begun.
- After work begins. For a fixed-scope engagement such as the Audit, cancellation after kickoff is charged on a pro-rata basis for work completed and committed. Any portion of the fee tied to scope not yet started is refundable.
- Completed deliverables. Fees for deliverables already completed and delivered are non-refundable.
Digital delivery
All services are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipping, and shipping charges do not apply.
How to request a refund

How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment provider (for example Razorpay) and are typically completed within [FILL: number] business days, subject to the provider and your bank.
